Which of your track and field achievements are you most proud of, and why?
When I look back on my career as a professional athlete, I find that the one accomplishment that stands out the most was when I won the National Scholastic Indoor Championship in high school. I was a pretty mediocre jumper before then, but that’s the meet that kinda put me on the map and provided some confidence that I may be good at this one day.
What is your greatest strength as a track and field athlete?
My greatest strength is my ability to remain disciplined in regards to my time management. I’m normally trying to juggle too many things at one time given my career outside of track and field. Making sure that I devote the necessary time and effort to make sure that I’m giving myself the best chance to be good at what I do.
What kind of impact do you want to make on the community through the Georgia Track Club?
I just want to simply inspire others. Kids, adults, teammates, etc. The more I can help them, hopefully, they can pass it on to their peers.
